3+1 DETACHED SMART RUSTIC VILLA WITH POOL
This two-storey villa with natural stone and wood application, consisting of 8 units of 125m2 usage area with a land share of 850m2 on a 7,400m2 plot in Bodrum, offers a high level of living comfort. We offer a barrier-free life by offering maximum settlement efficiency with a fluid floor plan and functional rooms.

Frank Grube holds international bachelor's and master's degrees in all his fields and can look back on 15 years of outstanding experience in the service sector both at home and abroad. He has designed and/or directed and/or participated in the production and/or produced over ~200 independent segments in Bodrum, ~100 in Antalya/Alanya, 25 in Spain, 10 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 6 in Fethiye, and several individual projects.
As a concept and interior designer, he has been involved in various projects both domestically and internationally. Applications: Bodrum (villas, apartments, offices), Antalya/Alanya (residences/apartments), villas in Spain, In Istanbul 1,500 m² plaza office floor and 18 villas with a living area of 240m2 each, Bosnia and Herzegovina (apartments), Germany (offices and villas), Fethiye (villas).
In addition, he designs all conceptual, general, application, interior and landscape architectural services for the construction companies or property owners he represents as a contractual consultant and, if requested, also assumes project management or control throughout the entire construction period.
