Technic Details of our Services
3D Render
Our standart 3D interior or exterior render resolution quality is 4K in many formats. You have the options to book a 8K Render Quality. If you need higher render resolutions, so we can enhance with professional software from 8K Render to 32K include AI support for better quality.
360' Panorama Render (Virtual Tour)
The standart resolution of our panorama renders for your virtual tours are 8K. As Hardware Resolution we have the follow options: 12K / 16K / 24K / 32K. With this options there is no necessary to enhance via software solutions. Normally the best choice for the most presentations platforms (Phone, Tablet, Computer Displays) is 12K. Only when you have presentations on large TV Displays, Beamer or etc. or the project have large views distance, then you need to book higher resolutions renders.
Video Render
Standart Video Render Resolution is 720P and thats enough good to promote your project and all social media platforms. For Youtube promotions it is better to order the 1080P resolutions for better quality but not necessary.
Floorplans
You send us your floor plan in .dwg, .pdf or as jpeg/png file with dimensions info and then we check whether a logical furnishing arrangement is possible and possibly suggest changes. After your final approval of the floor plan, which we sent you in 2D color format, we begin designing the individual areas of the project. For a standard interior design project (100m2 – 150m2 area), we need approximately 24 hours of work, including 4K resolution 3D renders and 8K/12K resolution 360′ panoramic renders.
Architectural Plans
If you need architectural drawings for your villa or apartment, this is no problem. With this booking option, you will receive not only the 2D plan drawings, but also the execution drawings (action plans) including sample images. This also includes distances for ceiling lighting installations, electrical outlets, tile laying directions, and other construction information. You will also receive a complete rendering service, which includes 3D images, panoramic images including virtual tours, and an interior promotional video.

FAQ
What do you need to design & render my project?
A floor plan with dimensions infos as .jpeg, .png, .pdf or .dwg file. If you don’t have a floor plan, than you send us the plot infos and we create from scratch up your floor plan.
What software you are use?
We use specialized software that allows us to design and render quickly and with a high quality standart. While we have to create the project from scratch to achieve the best possible quality, we’re still faster and more cost-effective than Lumion, Twinmotion, or Blender users, for example. Once we’ve completed the design, it takes a coffee break to render one image in 4K resolution. A 12K panoramic image takes a bit longer. The most important factor is the time-to-performance ratio, and requests for changes can be implemented quickly and cost-effectively.
How long you need for a design & render?
For 100-125m2 (3+1 Apartment / Villa) we need from scratch up around 24 hours working time (2-3 days) include 2D Floor Plan, 4K 3D Pictures and 8K 360′ Panorama Render Photos. If you need also Exterior Design we Villa & Landscape Design, so we need 1-2 days more.
Can you also create drawings or projects for me that are then compliant for submission to the building authority?
We can draw your projects and submit the documents so that they are almost ready for submission. If you request our service from abroad, a local inspection by an architect would be required, if required by the country. Since we use international drawing standards (EU-TR compliant), this shouldn’t be a problem. For Turkish building permits, an architect is generally required, but we cooperate with our partners throughout Turkey and can offer you a straightforward service. In Turkey we offer an all-round carefree package if you need it.
How much will be the price for a standart 3+1 Villa design include Floor Plan Design + 3D Pictures + 360 Panorama Pictures?
For a 3+1 Villa with American Kitchen in the Living Room and with 2 Bathrooms and 1 Corridor there must be create following renders. 20 pcs. persperctive renders as 4K 3D (20pcs. x 25€ = 500€) + 10 pcs. 8K 360′ Panorama Photos (10 camera position x 50€ = 500€). So the Total Price for an Interior Design of 3+1 Villa will be cost 1.000€ excl. Tax.
